We're recruiting for permanent, full-time Home Delivery & Installation Drivers based at our depot in Dordon, Tamworth. Our competitive package meets the needs of those seeking financial reward and decent time off, including realistic earnings of £33,855.94, plus the opportunity to earn more.

Overtime Paid Daily

We pay overtime after 8.25 hours daily, helping you maximise your earnings. You'll also receive a bonus for every built-in connection and quarterly payments for positive customer service feedback.

Generous Holiday Allowance

You'll get 25 days holiday plus an additional 5 days up for grabs every year, and all Bank Holidays off with pay. We also provide a weekly meal allowance and a day-shift rota of 5 days from 7, with just 2 in 4 Saturdays guaranteed.

Company Benefits

You'll be contracted to 39.19 hours per week, plus regular overtime. Additional benefits include a Company pension scheme, profit share bonus scheme, and fantastic employee discounts on our appliances.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll start with a week of training at our Academy, where we'll equip you with the skills needed to install our products safely into customers' homes. Most of the time, you'll be paired with a Driver's Mate to help unload and install deliveries.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need a full UK driving licence with category C or C1 entitlement, a current CPC, and Digi card, and no more than 6 points on your licence.
