Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of care assistants, ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans that meet residents' unique needs and preferences, collaborating with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders.
  • Administer medication, conduct risk assessments, and maintain accurate records, adhering to regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting resident well-being, independence, and quality of life.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of care services, working closely with the leadership team to identify areas for enhancement and implement changes.

Requirements and Salary:

  • Competitive salary: £27,000 - £33,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).
  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent experience.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to delegate tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on resident-centered care.
