Delivering Exceptional Guest Service

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our Food and Beverage team at Oulton Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort. As a Breakfast Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service in a variety of Food and Beverage areas across the hotel.
  • Keep up to date with pricing and promotions to provide advice to guests and maximise sales.
  • Work under pressure to ensure guest satisfaction and brand standards are met.
