Job Summary

X4 Technology is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team on a day-rate contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading two FCA-mandated regulatory change initiatives focused on consumer credit, consumer duty, and strengthening protections for borrowers in financial difficulty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead two FCA-mandated regulatory change initiatives, one focused on process and policy change, and the other involving technology components.
  • Interact with compliance, legal, credit risk, and collection agency functions.
  • Develop and implement effective project governance and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver regulatory change initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successfully project managing FCA-mandated regulatory change in Tier 1 banks.
  • Strong background of interfacing with the FCA and other regulators.
  • Good knowledge of regulations pertaining to consumer credit, consumer duty, and protecting vulnerable customers.
  • Outstanding delivery expertise, including exceptional governance and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience with or knowledge of automotive finance regulations is a plus.
