Legal Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and organized Legal Operations Coordinator to join our team at March Personnel. This role will provide administrative and legal support to the family and litigation department, ensuring the effective operation of the Litigation Department and the firm.
About the Role:- This is a full-time position requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering the telephone, taking messages, and making appointments.
- Dealing with clients and other office visitors.
- Progressing cases as requested.
- Word processing, filing papers, and managing computer documents.
Requirements:
- Proficient in computers and Word software.
- General administration, office, and telephone skills.
- Effective time management and prioritization.
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication.
- Sensitive and effective client handling.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Experience with office equipment.
- Diary management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with legal forms and layouts.
- Basic knowledge of the legal and court systems.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $45,000-$55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
