The EMEA Payroll Specialist plays a key role in processing payrolls accurately and on time. This position contributes to payroll projects, drives strategy forward, and delivers an exceptional employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process multiple monthly EMEA payrolls with high accuracy and meet deadlines.
- Partner with third-party providers on local regulations and compliance.
- Handle sensitive data and transactions securely.
- Maintain corporate procedures and statutory obligations.
- Collaborate with the People Team for compliance verification.
- Produce monthly reporting for finance and ad-hoc summary reports.
- Manage payroll queries and provide advice on policies and procedures.
- Perform control checks and timely completion of audit information.
Required Skills:
- Experience managing multiple EMEA payrolls.
- Strong technical knowledge of EMEA regulations and statutory payments.
- Fast-paced payroll environment with variable data management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and time management systems.
Working Environment:
This role collaborates with various teams, including Global Payroll, People Operations, Reward, and Finance teams.
