Financial Management Specialist

IQGeo is seeking a highly skilled Financial Management Specialist to join our dynamic finance team in Europe and APAC. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the finance function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:- Ownership of accounts receivable function for Europe and APAC, ensuring timely invoicing and monitoring against KPIs.
- Oversight of the purchase to pay process, ensuring regular review of the purchase ledger and timely payment of suppliers.
- Review and coordination of month-end close, including analysis of P&L and balance sheet.
- Submission of bi-weekly cash flow forecasts to group, monitoring accuracy and improving reporting.
- Management of the Europe finance team, setting and monitoring objectives, and ensuring compliance with local audits.
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant (2-5 years PQE) with a recognised accounting body.
- 2+ years post-qualified experience in industry, ideally in a software company or similar R&D heavy industry.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, competent using MS Word, PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly.
