Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Social Support Specialist to join our team. As a Social Support Specialist, you will work with students who have various needs, including ASD, SEMH, learning disabilities, and EHCPs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide social and emotional support to students with diverse needs
- Develop and implement individualized support plans to promote student well-being and academic success
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support
- Utilize various teaching methods to present engaging and thoughtful lessons and CPD sessions
- Build strong relationships with students, staff, parents, governors, and the local community
Requirements
- Professional and passionate about SEND/SEMH and supporting children with additional needs
