Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Integrity Talent Solutions. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing a customer database, advising clients on a range of financial products, and expanding existing customer sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve agreed sales and operating objectives
  • Conduct regular reviews with customers to ensure their financial needs are met
  • Expand existing customer base through referrals and other agreed direct sales strategies
  • Contribute to team meetings and provide input on sales strategies
  • Complete sales documentation using in-house computer systems
  • Act in accordance with the company's Code of Conduct for Financial Advisers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A sales background, with previous experience in financial services an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
What We Offer

We offer a competitive basic salary of £28,000 rising to £32,000 after probation, plus a car allowance and other excellent benefits. You will also receive initial residential training and ongoing support to help you succeed in your role.
