Job Overview

As a Food Service Assistant with Sodexo Group, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth operation of our food service areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer service to corporate colleagues, clients, and customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

  • Assist in daily food preparation tasks, serving mouth-watering menus to our valued customers.

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of food service areas, including the dining area and kitchen facilities, adhering to high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.

  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations, promoting a positive and efficient working environment.

  • Follow proper food handling and storage procedures to maintain a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not essential; we welcome applicants with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering excellent results.

  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, with a willingness to assist in various tasks and support the success of the team.
