About the Role


We are seeking a skilled Culinary Development Professional to join our team in Camden, London.


This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a dynamic culinary team, assisting in food preparation and maintaining kitchen cleanliness while supporting the development of new menu ideas.


As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing tasks according to recipes and standards, ensuring a smooth kitchen operation and contributing to the growth and success of our business.


Your Key Responsibilities:



  • Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene at all times
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of food for internal events and hospitality
  • Support food tastings and presentations, working closely with senior NPD chefs to develop new menu ideas
  • Order and store food items as required, adhering to brand and legal standards
  • Prepare and serve food for photo shoots, then box them up for transportation
  • Contribute to training new team members and support new unit openings when required

You Will Be:



  • A team player who can work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals
  • Able to communicate effectively and maintain open lines of communication with the team
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to respond to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Possess basic culinary skills, including food preparation and presentation
  • Able to adhere to Food Safety and Health and Safety standards at all times

Salary Range: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
