Field Sales Representative

Are you a sales-driven individual with a passion for building strong relationships and driving business growth? Do you have a keen eye for market trends and a knack for negotiation? We're seeking a talented Field Sales Representative to join our team at Acosta Europe, working closely with our partner Red Bull to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forge strong relationships with key decision-makers in stores across your territory
- Deliver world-class customer service to customers and internal/external stakeholders
- Meet daily/weekly distribution, availability, and visibility targets
- Utilize an entrepreneurial mindset to drive the success of your territory
- Negotiate increased space and maintain incremental displays
- Maximize brand awareness, educate customers on new product opportunities, and implement in-store activations
- Breathe creativity into marketing initiatives with in-store execution and Point of Sale (POS)
Requirements:
- Experience within FMCG, retail, or a sales environment (we'll consider applications from motivated individuals with experience from other sectors)
- Enthusiasm for the Red Bull brand and drive to succeed
- Comfortable working autonomously in a field-based environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with strong interpersonal skills
- Proven selling skills and commercial acumen, along with being self-motivated, determined, and target-driven
- We value experience over formal education
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Travel 90-100%
