Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our team at Adlington House Care Home in Urmston, M41 5TS. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and cook meals to the highest standard, using fresh and locally sourced ingredients.
2. Ensure the kitchen and service area are clean, well-presented, and well-stocked at all times.
3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menus and available food options.
4. Provide excellent customer service to residents and their families.
5. Foster a positive and supportive team environment.

Requirements:

• Passion for food and cooking.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
• Prior catering experience is essential.
