Job Title: Inclusion Senior Associate

The Client Relations team at Sustainalytics plays a vital role in supporting our investor clients in effectively leveraging our ESG solutions. As a Senior Associate in this team, you will be instrumental in our work with leading UK and global asset managers, asset owners, wealth managers, and banks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional client service, including responding to client queries, supporting data delivery, managing issue resolution, and maintaining accurate data records.
  • Develop subject matter expertise on Sustainalytics' products and use cases to support clients with presentations, training, onboarding, and the application of our research and data.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, supporting clients' ESG strategy development by providing advice and guidance on market best practices and developing a deep understanding of different approaches to integrating ESG data and research.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries and support strategic initiatives, including leading on local projects.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years' experience in a client servicing or account management role.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of financial services and ESG.
  • Experience and aptitude in leading projects from start to finish with little oversight.
  • Analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and comfort in working with data sets.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
  • Desired, but not required, Master's degree in a related discipline or qualification such as CFA.
