Leadership Opportunity: Client Services Manager Position

About the Role:
- We are seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to lead our East Ipswich Mental Health team and deliver person-centred housing-related support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of support workers and support co-ordinators, ensuring the delivery of high-quality housing support services aligned to our contracts.
- Coach and develop team members, promoting excellence in customer support and service delivery.
- Act as the Safeguarding lead for the team, ensuring health and safety checks, risk assessments, and incident management reporting are completed and recorded.
- Promote the service, ensuring its visibility and accessibility to referring agencies, and promoting our brand in the community.
- Oversee the quality of the service, measured by KPIs and customer satisfaction surveys, empowering customers and colleagues alike.
- Liaise with Social Care Teams, Secondary Mental Health Teams, Benefit agencies, Housing providers, GPs, Community leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met.
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a housing or supported environment, with a focus on mental health support.
- Proven ability to lead a team, empower colleagues, and develop a culture of excellence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Enhanced DBS check required, with mileage reimbursement for business use of a vehicle.
