Key Responsibilities

  • Providing personal care and support to individuals, including assistance with toileting and ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Carrying out light household tasks, such as ironing and cleaning, while individuals sleep.
  • Ensuring the safety and security of the home environment.
  • Preparing individuals for the day ahead and supporting them with their daily routines.
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy living environment.
  • Supporting individuals to meet their health needs and promoting their independence.

  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
