Electrical Panel Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Panel Specialist to join our team at SPT Labtech. As an Electrical Panel Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, building, and testing electrical control panels for industrial machines and scientific instruments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build electrical control panels based on schematics and engineering drawings.
- Conduct basic testing and PAT (Portable Appliance Testing) on electrical installations to ensure functionality and safety.
- Utilize tools such as Digital Voltmeters (DVM) and other testing equipment to diagnose and resolve electrical issues.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure all work meets industry standards and specifications.
Requirements:
- Relevant electrical qualifications, such as a Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Electrotechnical Services or equivalent.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) qualification is desirable.
- Certification in Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) would be an advantage.
