About the Role:

We are recruiting for a Staff Nurse to join our team at a state-of-the-art private hospital in Chelmsford. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional standards of patient care, ensuring patient safety, dignity, and well-being are prioritized at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and maintain exceptional standards of patient care by adhering to the hospital's operational policies and procedures.
  • Ensure patient safety, dignity, and well-being are prioritized at every stage, fostering a compassionate and supportive environment.
  • Provide supervision and mentorship to junior team members, supporting their professional development and helping them achieve workplace competencies.
  • Assist in delivering post-operative care, ensuring that all care areas are well-maintained and managed to meet patient needs.
  • Accurately document post-operative care data in systems like Compucare and Endobase, ensuring all records are up-to-date and comprehensive.

Requirements:

  • Post-registration experience in a relevant healthcare setting.
  • Strong clinical skills with a dedication to evidence-based care.
  • Proven organizational and leadership abilities to manage patient care and contribute to ward operations.
  • Must hold a valid NMC Pin (Nursing and Midwifery Council).
