As a key member of our Rhapsody Hospitality Group team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
About the Venue:
The Charlotte is a vibrant and versatile venue, offering a range of amenities including a restaurant, bar, outdoor terrace, and private event spaces. We are a popular spot for after-work drinks, food, and entertainment, and we are looking for a General Manager who can help us continue to grow and succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the venue, including staff management, inventory control, and financial management.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer loyalty.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage and maintain the venue's facilities, including the restaurant, bar, and outdoor terrace.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best possible products and services for the venue.
- Manage and maintain the venue's marketing and promotional activities, including social media and email marketing.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a General Manager in a hospitality environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and increasing customer loyalty.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Knowledge of hospitality operations, including inventory control, financial management, and customer service.
