Accounts Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team at Spencer Clarke Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex invoicing needs and providing support for the accounts function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurate processing of supplier invoices
  • Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations
  • Month-end support
  • Management of complex customer invoices
  • Supplier payments
  • Support with HR and Payroll
Requirements:
  • Experience within Accounts Payable/Purchase ledger/Accounts role
  • Great communication skills
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with HR Admin and Payroll is desirable but not essential
What We Offer:
  • Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 FTE
  • Benefits: staff discounts, company pension, 28 days holiday, flexible working, regular team socials, vouchers on Birthday & Xmas, staff discounts and more
  • Contract type: Permanent
  • Hours: Monday to Friday - Max 30 hours a week
