Key Responsibilities
As our new Operational Excellence Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring existing processes and procedures are robust and continuously improved. Your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Developing, refining, and implementing HSEQ processes, systems, and procedures.
  2. Closely collaborating with Engineering and Operations teams to meet HSEQ expectations.
  3. Maintaining and developing relationships with external authorities as necessary.
  4. Establishing and maintaining accident and incident reporting systems.
  5. Facilitating training and ensuring HSEQ requirements are met by both staff and contractors.
  6. Chairing HSEQ meetings with staff and COMAH Management.

About You
Ideally, you will have a background in managing organisations of similar size within an industrial context, preferably in the Oil & Gas or bulk liquids sector. Strong familiarity with COMAH regulations and robust HSEQ knowledge and implementation experience are essential.
