At The PCA, we are looking for a skilled Team Manager to lead our cricket teams and develop coaching plans for all teams. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching, with a minimum L2 Coaching certificate. They will be responsible for developing and delegating coaching plans, leading weekly training sessions, and providing one-on-one coaching.

We offer a range of benefits, including the opportunity to work with a well-established club and contribute to the development of junior players. Our team is passionate about cricket, and we are looking for someone who shares this passion.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to supplement their current income and has a vision for developing their own coaching franchise. We run 5 men's teams and 6 junior teams, as well as a new Girls section. Annual overseas player recruitment adds diversity to our team.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
