About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing complex environmental projects from inception to completion.

Job Description:

  1. Deliver high-quality project management, including fieldwork, data gathering, risk assessments, and reporting.
  2. Manage environmental claims projects with a focus on project budgeting, invoicing, and meeting deadlines in line with client service agreements.
  3. Conduct thorough fieldwork, ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  4. Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, regulators, and homeowners on both technical and commercial levels.
  5. Produce technically sound and commercially focused proposals, scopes, and reports.
  6. Supervise and mentor junior staff, contributing to the overall growth and success of the team.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role, with expertise in Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments.
  • Strong background in conducting Preliminary Risk Assessments, both desk-based and intrusive.
  • Degree in an engineering or natural science-related discipline (e.g., Geology, Environmental Science, Physical Geography).
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK and Ireland.
  • Commercial awareness and a solution-oriented approach to project management.

  • A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus car allowance and paid business-related travel expenses.
