Job Description

  • Develop and execute customer strategies that deliver exceptional results and exceed objectives.
  • Contribute to a high-performing team, adding value and expertise to drive business success.
  • Utilize commercial processes to manage daily customer interactions, including range, distribution, space, cost prices, promotional plans, and instore activations.
  • Negotiate and influence for new listings, distribution increases, and additional promotion space.
  • Build cross-functional relationships to deepen understanding of the brand and own-label offering.

The Successful Applicant

  • An entrepreneurial self-starter with a passion for delivering key wins and driving business growth.
  • Proven experience in grocery national account management, managing significant P&Ls across top retailers.
  • Exposure to working with both brands and own-label products, preferably in both capacities.
  • Demonstrable commercial success through strategic and creative customer plans.
  • A natural curiosity and opinion, with the ability to challenge and be challenged.
  • Strong internal relationships and ability to build a high-functioning team.
  • Financial and commercial acumen, with the intellect to interpret performance and recommend actions.
  • Highly influential both internally and externally, with strong negotiation skills.
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and agile-based culture.

What's on Offer

A highly competitive salary, car allowance, and hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days in London and 2 days working from home. Travel expenses, including overnights, are also provided.
