Job Overview:
">We are currently seeking an ambitious Chef to join our team in a part-time capacity, contracted to 25 hours per week. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving exceptional food experiences for Defence clients.

- Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers;">
- Overseeing and implementing menu changes to ensure consistency and excellence;">
- Identifying opportunities to improve our food services and making recommendations;">
- Listening and acting on customer feedback to continuously enhance our food services;">
- Supporting the creation of new menus and creative food concepts;">
- Representing Defence and maintaining a positive brand image;">
- Monitoring inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked;">
- Overseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards;">
- Complying with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations;">
About You:
">We are looking for someone who is passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service. You should hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent and have experience supervising a team. A flexible approach to working is essential, as is holding a Food Hygiene certificate.
