Senior Estimator - Pre-Con Construction

 

AR Resourcing is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join their team in Liverpool. As part of this role, you will be responsible for delivering pre-construction activities across a portfolio of frameworks and one-off projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assessing bid opportunities and determining a bid/no-bid review.
  • Verifying the accuracy and completeness of client tender documents.
  • Evaluating project risks and potential problems.
  • Overseeing the overall estimate of project costs.
  • Collaborating with the technical team to prepare tenders and quotations.
  • Contributing to tender submissions, post-tender presentations, and meetings with clients.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years' estimating experience in the utilities, electrical, or general civil engineering sectors.
  • Experience working for or with Independent Connection Providers (ICPs) is desirable.
