We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Operative to join Integral UK Ltd as a Maintenance Specialist at a Client site.

  • Hours: 6 hours/week, Monday, Wednesday, Friday
  • Hourly Rate: £ per hour
  • Payment: Fortnightly

The Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order at the site according to specifications. Key tasks include:

  • Cleaning financial areas, reception, office, staff toilets, and communal areas
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues

Experience in general cleaning duties is preferred, but comprehensive training will be provided to ensure success in this role.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
