Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Senior Bid Manager to develop competitive bids that showcase our expertise.
  • Monitor potential business opportunities and act efficiently to secure new contracts.
  • Plan, manage, and complete selection questionnaires and tender submissions through the procurement process.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to construct relevant answers that meet external stakeholders' requirements.
  • Build internal and external relationships to create quality bids that represent our services effectively.
  • Review and evaluate each bid to identify lessons learned and share feedback with colleagues.

Requirements:

  • One year's experience in Health, Social Care, or Public Sectors.
  • GCSE level in English and Mathematics grade A-C.
  • Minimum three years' tender completion experience.
  • Ability to prove successful wins post tender.

Desirable:

  • Further education, such as A levels or degree Level.
  • Project Management Experience.
