A luxury French beauty brand is seeking a dedicated Beauty Therapist to join their team in London. The successful candidate will be required to attend a compulsory 4-week training in Paris in September.

  • Performing beauty treatments on clients, recommending products and explaining their benefits.
  • Educating clients about the company's products and services, including loyalty programmes and hair care.
  • Selling products and exceeding sales targets.
  • Performing makeovers and hair styling services.
  • Building relationships with clients and recruiting new ones.
  • Assisting with events and taking care of VIP customers.
  • Maintaining the boutique, including cleaning and scheduling appointments.
  • Using software systems to manage customer data and sales.

A background in beauty retail is a plus, with additional experience in hair care a further advantage.

The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential.
