About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Software Trainer to join our team at EMIS. As a Clinical Software Trainer, you will play a critical role in delivering training sessions to our GP Practice customers during the migration cycle to our EMIS Web software.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions in varied settings and styles to a variety of audiences. This will include one-to-one, small group sessions, seminar-style events, and train-the-trainer sessions on-site or remotely.

You will also be required to travel to site, including multiple overnight stays in a week, to deliver training and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Transformation services to established customers, identifying and implementing high-complexity solutions.
  • Collect and analyze customer and/or user requirements and processes, matching these needs to EMIS Health products and services.
  • Advise and provide support to our customers as a system specialist, with regards to all aspects of the configuration of the EMIS Group products.
  • Detail customer activity reports within the agreed timeframe of a customer delivery day, encouraging feedback to continue development and improvement.
Requirements

We are looking for individuals who have a genuine passion for excellent customer delivery and a willingness to learn and develop their skills. You will have experience in coaching, mentoring, or training, and be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.

You will also have the ability to contribute to the creation of dynamic training materials that support knowledge transfer and be flexible to travel throughout the UK to deliver training and service on-site with customers.
