About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Supporting Educational Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our Class Teachers, Senior Leaders, and SENDCo to provide targeted support to individual children, ensuring that each student receives the attention and resources they need to thrive.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with lesson planning and preparation to ensure seamless integration of educational activities.
  • Deliver tailored support to individual children, aligning your efforts with the guidance provided by our teaching staff.
  • Collaborate with teachers to create inclusive and effective learning environments, promoting academic growth and social development.

Benefits
