Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks

Requirements:
  • Previous maintenance experience
  • Ability to work nationwide in flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays
  • Legally eligible to work in the UK
  • Driving license owner
  • Energetic person with positive thinking and a 'can do' attitude
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Willing to learn new skills
  • Great with manual dexterity and physical stamina
  • Good knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
  • Experienced in using hand and electrical tools
  • Ability to read technical manuals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
