About Us:

The Role:

This full-time Receptionist position provides a professional service to clients, customers, and team members at our office premises in Kings Hill. Responsibilities include welcoming visitors, managing the visitors log, sorting mail, and answering switchboard calls.

Main Tasks:
  • Welcome visitors and inform relevant personnel of their arrival.
  • Keep an up-to-date daily record of visitors.
  • Distribute incoming post and packages efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of outgoing mail.
  • Answer phone calls promptly and redirect them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist teams with administrative tasks.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Familiarity with various IT software, including Microsoft Office, is required.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills are necessary.
