Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Romford Grange, a leading provider of residential, nursing, and dementia care in Romford. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical and psychological needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer and order medicines, maintaining timely and effective communication to achieve planned goals.
- Support new admissions and discharges, while maintaining confidentiality.
- Develop and implement detailed care plans, including risk assessments and diet plans.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care.
- Current NMC registration.
- Good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices.
- Experience in writing detailed care plans, including risk assessments and diet plans.
- Good understanding of regulatory frameworks, including MCA/DoLs.
