Land Surveyor Leadership Position

About This Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to fill a key leadership role within our team. As a Senior Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for leading survey teams and ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standard.
Responsibilities
- You will conduct detailed land surveys for various projects, including construction, infrastructure, and boundary mapping.
- Lead survey teams, coordinating daily field activities and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Analyze and process survey data using the latest surveying software and equipment.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and engineers to deliver accurate and timely survey reports.
- Review all survey deliverables against company quality standards and client specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior surveyors and field staff.
What We Are Looking For
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying, with proven leadership experience.
- Proficiency in survey equipment (GPS, Total Stations, Drones) and software (AutoCAD, GIS, etc.).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid full UK driving license.
The estimated salary for this position is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
