About Our Client

Our client is a leading law firm with an office in Exeter City Central. The Corporate/Commercial department offers clients access to a range of corporate and commercial legal services, including advising on commercial matters for business clients, from start-ups to larger corporates.

The Role

You will be a Qualified solicitor with 3-8 years' PQE, advising on a broad diet of corporate commercial matters. You will have commercial awareness and experience gained for a leading international or UK Commercial practice.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Provide a first-class service to clients, proactive marketing/profile raising, exceptional client and team management
  2. Advising on commercial agreements; drafting commercial documents and advise on key areas of risk
  3. Supporting General Counsel on business critical projects
Requirements
  • Qualified solicitor with 3-8 years' PQE
  • Commercial awareness and experience in advising corporate commercial matters
  • Strong client relationship building skills
