We are currently seeking a skilled Earthmoving Equipment Supervisor to oversee the operation of our heavy construction equipment fleet at Gray & Son Inc. This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in operating heavy machinery and supervisory experience.

About the Role

As an Earthmoving Equipment Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our heavy construction equipment, including bulldozers, graders, and excavators. You will also be responsible for training and supervising operators to ensure they meet our safety standards and expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train operators to ensure safe and efficient operation of heavy construction equipment
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Coordinate with foremen and superintendents to ensure project completion
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per yearRequirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience operating heavy construction equipment and supervisory experience
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
