About the RolePenguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a property consultancy in their search for a skilled Planner. As a key member of the Infrastructure Planning Team, you will work closely with colleagues to identify opportunities and develop new client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and prioritize your caseload to deliver high-quality work and service to clients.
- Prepare initial site reviews and site-specific strategies to inform planning applications.
- Deliver bespoke advice to clients on a range of projects, including renewable energy and infrastructure developments.
- Prepare and submit planning applications, including reports and supporting documentation.
- Build strong working relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other professionals.
- Negotiate to secure the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Support team members with advice, workload management, and project collaboration.
- Ideal candidate will be MRTPI qualified or nearing submission.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Good understanding of IT and Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time and workload management skills.
