We are seeking a skilled Transport Planner to join our team at Watts Farms, a third-generation family-run farming business. As a Transport Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient delivery of our fresh produce to customers across Kent, London, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement optimized routes to minimize transportation costs and maximize delivery efficiency.
• Collaborate with our warehouse and customer service teams to ensure seamless communication and a streamlined service to our customers.
• Utilize driver resource to complete all required deliveries and collections, ensuring customer orders are delivered in the most cost-effective way.
• Work closely with our logistics team to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance our delivery operations.

Requirements:

• Full driving license.
• Experience in route planning and optimization.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
