  • Lead a team of data product developers to design, build, and deliver data products that meet the needs of our business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data science, engineering, and product management, to ensure that data products are aligned with business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, data scientists, and engineers, to ensure that data products meet their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that our data products remain competitive and innovative.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and teams to ensure timely delivery of data products.
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of data products that meet the needs of our business stakeholders.
  • Ensure that data products are aligned with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain a team of data product developers who are skilled in data product development and delivery.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in data product development and delivery.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering high-quality data products that meet business needs.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with complex data sets and systems.
  • Experience working with agile methodologies and scrum processes.
  • University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
