- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and teams to ensure timely delivery of data products.
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of data products that meet the needs of our business stakeholders.
- Ensure that data products are aligned with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain a team of data product developers who are skilled in data product development and delivery.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in data product development and delivery.
- Proven track record of developing and delivering high-quality data products that meet business needs.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with complex data sets and systems.
- Experience working with agile methodologies and scrum processes.
- University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
