About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at WSH Group. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating and executing menus that exceed our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that align with our clients' preferences and dietary needs.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and mentor kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Inventory and Cost Control: Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
  • Customer Relations: Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and food safety protocols.
  • Budget and Financial Management: Develop and manage kitchen budgets, ensuring financial sustainability.
  • Menu Development and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and incorporate new ideas into menus.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and food preparation processes.

  • Proven experience in a senior culinary role.
  • Excellent creative culinary skills.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal relations skills.
  • Proficiency in food cost management.
  • Knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
