Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train a team of housekeeping staff to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional service to our guests.
- Conduct regular room inspections to ensure that all rooms meet our quality standards.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that all areas of the hotel are clean and tidy.
- Manage and maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment to ensure that they are always available and in good working order.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all guest requests are met and that our hotel is running smoothly.
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service to our guests. You will have a proven track record of leadership and management experience, and be able to motivate and inspire your team to deliver their best.
