About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled gardening volunteers to join our team at SeeAbility in Surbiton. As a gardener volunteer, you will play a vital role in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces for the people we support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in weeding, pruning, and planting in the outdoor spaces
  • Use gardening equipment with confidence and knowledge
  • Be punctual and reliable in your commitment to the role
  • Interact with the people we support in a friendly and approachable manner
Requirements
  • Knowledge of plants and gardening techniques
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliability and punctuality
