Job Overview

We're seeking a talented Midweight Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will work across various aspects of design, from digital to packaging, helping to bring our existing and new brands to life from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day design tasks across digital and packaging, ensuring all design outputs meet brand standards and project goals.
  • Collaborate with team members to help execute creative concepts and ideas across every touchpoint of a brand.
  • Take ownership of smaller design tasks independently, while having the opportunity to contribute to larger projects with team support.
  • Contribute creative ideas for brand design, with the freedom to suggest solutions and improvements across brands.
  • Design across multiple mediums, from websites and landing pages to product packaging, social posts, and print material.
  • Iterate and refine designs based on feedback from both senior team members and customer insights, ensuring continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Self-motivated: Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Straight-talking: Great communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passionate but pragmatic: Able to defend, articulate, and adjust design decisions based on feedback.
  • Technical proficiency: Proficient in Figma, Adobe CC, and other relevant tools.
  • Idea generator: Once you understand a brand, the ideas keep flowing.
  • Reliable: You get that schedules matter and you do what you said you would, when you said you would.
