About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Wells & Co Managed. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, maintaining excellent standards, and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the General Manager: Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the site, adhering to established company standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Motivate and Inspire the Team: Foster a positive and supportive team culture, motivating and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Drive Sales and Excellence: Maintain high standards of food, hotel, service, and drink quality, driving sales through excellent customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Conduct Regular Stock Counts: Conduct regular stock counts and compare to usage reports, including waste records, to identify opportunities for tighter control and cost savings.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a management or leadership role within the hospitality industry, with a strong track record of delivering results and driving sales growth.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to deliver a high level of service in a fast-paced and pressurized environment.
