About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Cleaning Operative to join our team at Mitie. As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are clean, well-maintained, and safe for our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure equipment is kept clean, well-maintained, and in safe working order
  • Build knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, including when work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used
  • Work within a team and under their own initiative to deliver the cleaning role
  • Provide excellent customer service and seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations
