At Lime People Search & Select Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Financial Planning Specialist to join our team. As a Paraplanner, you will be responsible for informing and advising clients on financial planning factors and suitable plans and products. Your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compiling reports and illustrations in a timely and accurate manner to ensure efficient business processing.
  • Providing high-quality support to the advisor team, responding to queries in a timely manner.
  • Inputting CFR documentation onto Salesforce.
  • Researching and analysing financial products to meet client requirements and objectives.
  • Preparing and producing suitability letters, reports, and illustrations.
  • Liaising with the wider administration team to ensure business processing is completed to regulatory standards.
  • Overseeing complex cases in conjunction with the Private Client Manager and Operations Director, where appropriate.
  • Managing own learning and development, attending relevant training sessions where needed.
  • Staying up-to-date with communications and regulatory changes.
