Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Technical Lead to join our Human Factors-Safety team at BAE Systems.

Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will provide technical direction to engineers, supporting the development of individuals and teams to enhance skills and competencies. They will also undertake assessments of functional design and/or provide qualification and evidence for acceptance, fitness for purpose, legislative requirements, and safety.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Certified Engineer or equivalent level of capability, Degree in Human Factors or Psychology
  • Previous experience of writing assessments and safety reports
  • Previous experience of influencing and managing stakeholders at different levels
