About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Home Instead Swansea. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with feeding
  • Provide companionship and social interaction, including engaging in hobbies and interests
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
  • Accompany clients to appointments and outings
  • Administer medication and provide reminders
  • Provide dementia care with empathy and patience
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • Access to a car
  • Availability to work a minimum of 4 consecutive days per week
