Generator Engineer/Plant Engineer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Generator Engineer or Plant Engineer to join our team in Canning Town, London. As a Generator Engineer/Plant Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a fleet of towable generators, ensuring excellent customer service and a high standard of work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair a fleet of approximately 120 towable generators (6 KVA-200KVA)
  • Perform daily service maintenance and repair tasks
  • Report to site office each morning for list of repairs required and complete pre-booked service work
  • Use company-provided tools and equipment, including a company vehicle for sourcing parts and local jobs
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Generator Engineer or Plant Engineer
  • Ability to work independently with support from a people-focused business
  • Basic salary in the region of £40,000 plus generous quarterly bonuses
  • Opportunity for additional training and career growth
